PREPARATION GUIDELINES FOR DISTANCE SPIRITUAL SURGERY
Pedimos que no dia e hora marcados para a cirurgia espiritual, leia uma página do Evangelho ou algum livro que lhe traga muita paz e fique deitado (em prece, meditando ou ouvindo uma música tranquila) ou se possível procure dormir.
Não se preocupe em sentir a presença dos amigos espirituais, entregue seu coração à Jesus.
Alguns dormem durante o horário marcado, isso também é normal. É natural sentir algumas sensações diferentes como sonolência, tontura, cansaço. Se isso acontecer, recolha-se em prece, mantenha-se calmo e confiante na Espiritualidade. Não tema, estaremos amparados pelos amigos Espirituais.
Se possível deixe ao lado do local onde estiver um copo com água e após as 08h30 tome a água, pois ali a espiritualidade colocará toda a medicação necessária ao seu tratamento.
O dia que antecede a cirurgia espiritual é importante permanecer vigilante com seus pensamentos, buscar a confiança, utilizando-se da prece/oração; não tomar bebidas alcoólicas, não fumar, não manter relação sexual e não levantar peso, evitar toda e qualquer alimentação de carne animal vermelha (inclusive à base de sangue como “molho pardo”), fazer uso de alimentação saudável (à base de frutas, verduras, legumes, cereais e carnes brancas como peixe e frango);
O atendimento é realizado de forma totalmente gratuita.

Durante os próximos três dias após a Cirurgia Espiritual, é importante buscar uma rotina serena, não consumir bebidas alcoólicas, não fumar, não manter relação sexual, não fazer exercícios físicos de alto impacto e, se possível, evitar ao máximo levantar qualquer tipo de peso.
Além desses cuidados com as atividades do dia-a-dia, evite toda e qualquer alimentação de carne animal vermelha (inclusive à base de sangue como “molho pardo”), fazer uso de alimentação saudável (a base de frutas, verduras, legumes, cereais e carnes brancas como peixe e frango).
Durante os próximos quinze dias, antes de dormir, pegue um copo, um jarro, uma garrafinha descartável ou qualquer outro recipiente que você tiver de vidro ou plástico – e o encha com água e o coloque próximo à cama onde descansa. Neste momento, faça uma prece rogando o auxílio de Jesus e de toda equipe espiritual, pedindo que possam depositar o medicamento mais adequado às suas necessidades na sua água. Ao findar da prece, cubra ou tampe o recipiente para se assegurar que nada venha a cair na água durante a noite. Quando despertar pela manhã, beba a água em jejum antes do café da manhã. Evite deixá-la próximo a aparelhos eletrônicos.
